Your table or area will be held for 15 minutes from your confirmed booking time, at which point Grand Union reserves the right to release your table to other patrons.



To secure a booking for any group of 15 or more, Grand Union requires a Credit or Debit card number which will be debited with 1p. If a party cancels within 10 days of the booking or the whole group fail to show up on the day a �5 per head charge will be debited from the card.



Grand Union will allow music to be played by DJs supplied by a party booking but the Grand Union will set and control the volume levels of music being played during your event or party.



Due to licensing laws, Brixton�s beer garden and tree houses close at 10.45pm. In order to respect our neighbours, you will be asked to make your way inside at this time. The ground floor bar often gets very busy when the garden closes, so we advise you to make your way upstairs to the top bar as early as possible.



Due to popular demand and our licensed capacity, we often have an entry policy of �1 in 1 out� very early in the evening.

We cannot always guarantee immediate entry to those with parties booked. In order to avoid queuing for up to 45 minutes, we advise that your group arrives within 1 hour of your booking time. This is purely to maintain the safety and experience of our customers, as we get incredibly busy, especially during the Summer weekends.



We have a cover charge in some venues on Friday & Saturday nights. You will be informed of any charges with your booking confirmation.

We strongly advise early entry to avoid paying and queuing on busy nights.
